V6 headers

Ok I can't seem to find a long tube header for the 3.9 and I don't see cheap long tube headers for a 5.2magnum that I can modify.
Are the shorties offered for these good quality and fitment?

If they are worth 10-15 hp I may break down and do it.
Others opinions are welcome (preferably if you have used them).

Open to any other ideas.

They say 97 up and mine is a 95.Has anyone used these on a 96 back or can anyone tell me the difference as to why they won't work.

those are for a 93-96? But AFAIK the only reason the newer ones will not work is your year will need an ERG bung welded in..

shorty headers arent really going to add much for performance and most of the cheapo ones leak from the header gaskets

I have seen dynos on a 5.9 magnum with a 52mm f&b and jba shorty headers and they gained only 7hp at the wheels not worth the 700 dollars in parts if you ask me

Looks like it will be more hassle that it's worth.I may redo the Y-pipe and get rid of a big clearance kink in the drivers head pipe but other than that it looks like a no go.

The old hot rodder in me knows long tubes are worth some tq if nothing else but it is not to be in this application.
