body lift question

i put a 3" pa body lift on my truck but im not very confident in the lower rad hose extension piece.

My question is Is there a suitable replacement hose available?

Oh yeah its a 01 dakota with the 4.7

IDK, but if you find one let me know! lol thats my least favorite part of the lift

ive had mine there for a long time now, never leaked once.
