So today my truck started acting up.. if I'm going over 45 and let completely off the throttle my tons will go from like 2k to 1k them back up and it will keep doing it until I go below 45mph. Sorry for such a shaky video...I don't have a steady hand lol I let off the throttle at 21secs..

I think I figured it out.. my rear end starting whining today..I found a rear end out of a 2002 Dakota 4x4 with the 4.7 will it fit in my 1998 4x4 with 5.2?

It's identicle except gears may be different. But, before all that, It is most likely you tps. Try that first! And then if that don't work try the trans speed sensor, it seems to hang in gears longer then it should too.

Update: so I tore down my rear end and discovered my carrier bearing is bad..
