thanks man!! haha and sweet, tell them to send me a crate of IB :jester: i forgot to add that on colder days like 50 degrees or less... it normally takes 2-3 days to get it done right... but if its small like the mirrors you can bring them inside and put them close to a heater or something to help cure it faster..
now note this....its a rattle can, haha the paint on the truck is baked on and it no matter how hard you try it wont 100% be exact visual quality...so i shoot for a 98-99% perfect match :jester:

You better, cause she sits like a ******* truck

thanks!, if its only a few spots you should be finee, and yes its very close to matching it. the novas eye would not know it was spray paint. send me a pic of the bubbling and i really dont think it be worth the money hahah, it was going to be $1500 to do this... front bumper, finder flares, roll pan, mirrors and bed cover. so i said fuck it. lol. im happy with it hahah

yea its right under the v8 emblem about the same size as the emblem, its not big at all but i see it and it pisses me off

I don't know about around there but my local Napa can use some sorta program to digitally match your color and then the computer gives them all the codes and amounts to mix and they custom mix it for you and can put it in a rattle can, touch up pen, or whatever. They also take fade into account in most instances

Intense2000, how much is this gonna cost me :p sounds like an awesome idea tho!

I try and stray away from the rattle cans. I prefer the hvlp guns and stuff. I think it lasts longer.

cwillis. i cannot find a good site that actually gives a decet price. Companys only have the basic facotory color match rattle cans. For example my color is Deep Amethyst, but they only have the touch up scratch fix. And my ass isnt painting like that :p haha. Im guessing the guy that has this technique got them at one of his local auto stores.

I'd give a high estimate of like $15 for one of the cans the size of the big Dupli Color or Rustoleum ones. I think they're like 12oz at least
