Man is there no one with a 318 or does no one post stuff?
I have 2 questions 1 is this site is for any dakota even my 95 or are you guys all about the 97 and newer ones?
2nd does anyone know the power ratings of the 318 in a 95 dakota?

I believe it's like 225hp/300tq from the factory.

I'm not sure on the numbers, but they are much better than an 80s (or any era really) carb'ed 318. Still not the power that I look for in a vehicle (the reason I got tired of my old 79 360 3/4t Power Wagon) and got my 5.9 Durango. Even my wife's "economy" car (well, it can get 30mpg on the highway.......) is faster than the old '79.

I've avoided 318s (and slants) my whole life, but in Magnum trim the 318 performs well enough.
