yea, you got quite a bit you need to do. not being an ass btw, just sayin if you don't know what you need and how to set it up/tune it, things will go very bad very fast, especially considering the link you posted was for small engine imports. personally i would go s/c'r over turbo but that's just me, especially if you're only tryin to get around 350hp, hell you can just about do that with alot of bolt ons and a cam. do you have any mods at all engine wise? if not, i highly suggest you start with the basic bolt ons and work your way up.....otherwise boost isn't gonna benefit you that much....it will be noticeable, but not worth the cost if you don't have the rest of the motor flowing better. plus you will need bigger injectors (or some auxillaries) and a way to tune it (either stand-alone, sct, or take it to a dyno) which is even more $$$, plus any fab work, plus cooling, etc...won't be cheap man. if you still do it, research the hell out of it and be prepared to spend some $$$. good luck in any case.
