The YouTube channel with the guys doing that to the people on bikes has another video that sounds similar. I don't know what it is because I know how extremely rude this is, but every time I watch it it just strikes me as being funny. Even your description of the video is making me laugh and I know it shouldn't. I don't know why this hits me as being so funny but for some reason it does.

It was some chick in a bikini supposedly they knew her. She seemed like she could have been an easy lay if they didnt know her. Then they smoked her.
