This is a strong running truck. I drove it on several 3 hour road trips one way, and drove it daily in nice weather. It gets about 17 mpg with me driving, but that can range depending on driver. It has run 13.60-13.70 on street tires with me driving with 2.0 60 ft times. It had 104 mph trap speed, so the 60ft it killing the ET.

I think it could run low 13’s with slicks if it hooks.

The paint is fair and respectable, but if you wanted a perfect truck, then in the future you might want to have it repainted

I have a different truck and need to sell one of them. If you are serious about it PM me on here.

This truck was bought off a member, here and was very upfront about the truck. It is a great truck!

6250 obo with the wheels. i can sell it without wheels for less.

Brand new tires have less than 3000 miles on them (Nittos)

The cowl hood does not come with the truck.

More pics available upon request.

I am the previous owner, but didn't take it to any mopar events. I know there are a few black dakotas out there.. The truck is very cool. Lots of power and gen II styling. Some very minor body work and some paint and the truck would be perfect... I did quite a bit of work on it. I bought it years ago from Sam South on the Dakota mailing list. It was a twin truck to Mark Kuzia's. You may have heard those names from years ago if you were on the dml... I think they are both in Texas now... Fun truck, wish I could buy it back, but all my money is going into the Duster I bought this past summer..

Bump for a nice truck. Do you have any more recent pics? Interior, undercarriage, front/rear shots? Good luck with the sale.

damn dude, you really want that gone!:jester:

if it never sells and you cave in, and part it out (I hope not, it's too nice to part out! ...but, then again, I killed my big block dakota because no one would buy it)

let me know.

I'll be dropping a fresh 360 into my 98 Dakota, but I'll be needing a magnum balanced flywheel, and depending on miles, would be interested in the clutch.

did you do the build? where'd you get the flywheel anyway? local pick-n-pulls to me have very few Mopars in them, and when they do have a full size truck or van that had the 360, they're all automatics.

the other junk yards don't want to fuck with pulling a flywheel off either, they want to sell me the whole damn engine for $1200:jester:
