Within the last month my life has been filled with a lot of stress. I don't expect sympathy or anything, I just need to clear my mind.

A month ago my great aunt died. Then 2 weeks ago my mom's mom died. Wednesday I went to the doctor for severe tonsillitis, they need to be removed with no insurance. So I'll be back in debt. Last week one of my best friends was hospitalized because of poison from an abscessed tooth. Thursday my dad had a seizure, then a heart attack. He technically died in front of me. He's still in the hospital in icu. His kidneys shut down now he has pneumonia. My mother is a mess and that only adds to my stress level. On top of all of that my dad's mom fell yesterday hit her head and messed up her ribs. Doesn't look good for her.

Just had to get that out.

Sorry to hear that man, I lost my grandfather a little over a week ago. I can't imagine how you feel, hang in there.

Sorry to hear about all the illnesses happening in such a short span. I sometimes feel that somewhere in my blood-line somebody pissed off a gypsy and now we're all cursed to some degree. If I were you I'd go buy yourself a lottery ticket for I've found that luck fluctuates from bad to good to bad to good, etc.. Hopefully your bad luck has bottomed out on this swing.

man you have a lot of crap piling up.. but everything should work out for the best.. and when its all smooth water again think of the obstacle you overcame!

speaking of water....it could be worse, you could be Japanese!

Thanks guys. I will get a lotto ticket too. Might as well. Did get some possibly good news today. My doctor gave me a shot of steroids and a prescription for the next few days. They are going to move back my appointment with my ear nose throat doctor and wait. I can't believe they didn't think of this before. Hopefully it works and I'm only out a few hundred instead of thousand.

Plus they finally gave me some vicodin. Hopefully it's enough to take the edge off.

As of 30 mins ago. my father was incubated. Basically a time everyone knows is coming is soon if this doesnt help. On a very small upside, my tonsils have a little less pain and a little less swollen. Hopefully at least one thing good can happen. Steroids have made me bitchy about the littlest things too, fun

Specialist told me today that good news. I get different meds, higher strength pain killers, and in 2 weeks we will see still if my tonsils need to come out. Fuckin milkin me for all I have. My father at least is doing slightly better. So that at least is good. No news on his mother

I've been in a similar situation with family health issues and problems of my own. You just gotta hang in there, bro.

Little update if anyone wants to listen, my father is in hospice as of 4pm yesterday, his mother is back in the hosptial, and I'm now in debt about 2k. They are giving him a week, most likely less

On the plus side(sorta) I had an abscessed tonsil which was poisoning me, thus the severe pain. That burst, felt better. Then got mono. Then got a throat infection. Minus still having mono for up to another 2 months, I feel physically better. Mentally, whole nother story.
