i wanna see more pix aswell...

and what is your ultimate goal power wise... on what grade fuel... and so on...
Power wise.... not sure. I'll just be running 87 just for roaming from show to show. Plus I figure anything over 400hp is stupid for a cruiser.

I may dyno it just so the guy that built the engine has something to hang on his wall, but other than that I don't care.... I just wanted an engine that few others have in a gen3. :)

So, are you fabbing up engine mounts too? What transmission are you going with?
Yes, the engine mounts need to be fabbed up... But that's part of the fun! :)

Trans is going to be the 42re, with some upgrades. I was gonna go with the 727 but Andre at Edge Converters talked me out of it and just building up the 42re.

nice!!keep the pics comin'!

for being a 1972 engine, i'm using a lot of magnum parts... Heads, intake, timing cover, oil pan, timing chain tensioner, water pump, pulleys... Goes to show just how little really changed through the years! :)

pr-it-t!!

damn thats shiney as hell lol little much of chrome look to me but looks great and bet it will look even better in that show truck
There's no such thing as too much chrome! :D

Kinda sad, was looking at the pile of parts last night... just to see what I could send to get chromed. Driveshaft left the building! :)

But really, it looks like a lot of chrome, but once everthing gets installed it will look like it belongs there. It's chrome shock... you'll get over it! :D
