Scotty33Hey man i didn't notice your post yesterday cause we posted at the same time, but yeah i think i made a wire come loose... I tried switching out the fuse just for a hopefully easy fix but nothing
That's cool. Too bad it didn't work.

A few more things to do before you take the bed off, remove the splashgaurd covers by the rear wheels & behind there the bars (fender stabilzers?) that are attached to the frame & fenders...and don't forget to open the fuel door to remove the screws for the filler tube.

Got my truck running, one of the 4 pins in the connector was pulled out, SOB, and i wish i saw that before taking down my tank, too bad its raining cause i dont feel like getting my tank in in this weather

Hey, that's good that you solved it! On the bright side, look at all you learned by ripping it apart and eventually get back together. If it was raining here I'd be out working in it cause it's 100 f'n degrees outside... again!

Haha yeah it's all a learning procedure, next summer my truck will be running much better, ran out of time this summer :(

And I'd rather be 100! It was pouring and i was in jeans laying under my truck, not fun.

5* 2" of ice under a truck. jack stand started sinking and then froze so the truck has no back tires and is iffy. i had to run all new brake lines. the snow around the truck was a foot.
rain is annoying. heat is killer, cold is killer. the only way rain is a PITA is getting grip and drowning

Done the ice & snow thing too, sucks. All this weather talk sounds like a good thread starter: What was the worst weather you've worked in on your truck?
Unless its been done before of course.

Haha start it up silverback!

Good news everythings back together (besides the bed) and finally drove it, she drives great, if only i had a few more weeks of summer to dedicate to my truck, i guess my maintenance will go slower than I'd like :( But todays probably the last day I could work on it, poured yesterday, today was shitty but not raining, raining for the next 3 days though...
