I went out to replace the passenger side caliper today. Replaced the caliper, brake hose, and put in oversized caliper pics cause the old ones were stripped. Anyways, the original banjo bolt rounded right off so I went to the dealer and got another. Same thing happened. The reason this happened was because everytime I would tighten it, it would never seal and brake fluid would have a steady drip. So I would give it a 1/4 turn and try again, eventually it just rounded off. Is there a torques spec or maybe something I'm not doing right?

on both sides of that little linkage or just between the linkage and the caliper, and where would I get these copper washers
One on each side of the hose fitting, NAPA should be able to set you up, sealing washers $.69-.99 ea. There are different sizes, take the banjo bolt with you.

they normally come in the box of the caliper.
or a hose.
