i just got some enkei rims for the dak and they have a shitty finish on the lip. so i want to just paint the entire rim flat black. any suggestions on flat black paint and flat clear. also if some one could photoshop that would be great too.:mullet:

i started sanding down the rims a little on the lips. i meant to take a before pic of the rim so you guys could see the discoloration. but i was able to get one about 25 percent of the way in. they are like spider veins and they are all over the lip of the rim.
heres a few shots of the before:

and here are some shots as i got maybe 75 percent in:

as im getting closer to getting all of the clear off i kind of like it this way! ill have to wait untill its all done. like i said before i might just paint the lip matching metallic silver, and if i dont like it i can always re-strip it!

i thought you were only doing the lip? anyway looks sick good job. i did the same thing with the grille not a great picture of it tho.

I still have the center caps for the wheels but they are kind of shitty. Imo they are too big for the look I am going for. If they were used they should be on a lifted 4x4 with mudders!*mullet*
