Do you have the California exhaust (3 cats: 2 right after the exhaust manifolds & 1 under the passenger) or Federal (1 cat)? I had the 3 cats and what I encountered is that they're different part numbers from AZ. Check out the other part stores' online sites & see what they offer for a comparison.
 
I found that the sensors are the same unit in all four positions on my CA emissions Durango and Dakota. The only difference is pigtail length and connector hoods. The fronts use the same part number and have this connector.

Wow. Your truck hit the bonus. If it uses the same connectors at all sensor positions, that's why there is one part number listed for each position. How many sensors and cats are on your truck?

That price is awesome. I really like the Denso OEM replacements. Have had great success with them. Stay away from the universal sensors. The small price difference isn't worth all the hassle of cutting, crimping, and sealing your old connectors onto the new sensors.
