bahahaha, i think the camaro or trans am lots its looks for many years. i would definetly buy a new camaro though. i think the tbird has a wierd shape to it and i never had a chance to ride in one. i bet yours is pretty sweet but i wouldnt put the amount of money into it that it would need to be fast and sexy. i would build up something else for going fast like an r/t or new challenger. just my $0.02. my wife's pretty hot and she's crazy in bed, i'm not too worried about the women situation. hahaha

lol you need to post some pictures j/k :) but anyways your right about about the t-birds there not a head turner unless its a SC and all done up, the lx t-bird with or without the v8 is ugly and the only thing the SC has going for it is the ground effects, wheels and supercharged engine.

If you think both cars are ugly, I wonder what style women you like :blahblah:
I think the majority of people would agree both those cars are ugly/below average, those Camaros always looked funny to me with the body molded mirrors and the kind of dart look to them. They were fast enough to outrun the ugly though, same can't be said about the Thunderbirds. The much more agressive looking Firebirds looked better both LT1 and LS1 body styles IMO.

not saying i wouldnt drive both but the thunderbird would have to be supercharged and the firebird would have have to be black and tinted out.

The 4th Gen F bodies weren't that pretty, but the LT1/LS1 cars pretty much ate Ford's lunch their entire span, it took Ford until 03' to come up with anything that could rival them or even beat them stock for stock, and by that time it didn't matter.

I've never been impressed with the Ford 3.8's, they didn't have near the reliability or potential that GM's L67 had.

Yup, the Camaro SS/Trans Am LT1's beat out all the Mustangs including the Cobras up until the SC'd 03/04's that came out TEN YEARS later. But they did do it right with those ones.

no ford still didnt do it right even then.

My 01TA with minor intake mods, full exhaust and a tune would still out run a 03/04SCCobra(stock) in the 1/4 (for 1/2-2/3's the price of the cobra) I was in the high 12's while the cobras were stuck in the mid 13's. Not to mention the TA rides a whole lot nicer than any of that body style mustang ever did.

Can't compare stock to modified, and those Cobras can make big power with simple bolt ons and the engines can take a beating.
Bolt ons because its boosted versus N/A. It doesnt take much to make power with any boosted application. Boost an LS1...

I'm under the impression that 03 cobras CAN run 12.7s with a good driver. I don't think thats the case with ANY stock LS1 f-bodys.
