im not sure, i havent had a chance to get in there and my adjuster is impossible to get ahold of, plus, i wont get a dime for any of it if it sells cuz i didnt claim any of it, i just thought i'd have time to take it off, i only settled a few days ago and its already up for auction.

Well I'm pretty sure you're fucked then. Never settle until you have all your shit off, unless it was covered which you said it wasn't. If I were to ever go through that there would be A LOT of shit missing off my truck when I handed them the keys haha. Last minute 4-banger 2wd swap with no wiring FTW!:jester:

i agree with you for sure but the issue was that they picked the truck up right from the scene as i was taken to the hospital, so they were able to fuck me around like that, cuz now they will be able to make money for it. i have a 2.5 in my comanche thatw ould go great in a dak lol, the 4.7 shouldnt be too bad in the comanche either

great auction, its going to end up being fixed for just under 1k (probably even less) down here in mexico, repainted and sold for around 4k

whats the next truck going to be?

well its irreparable so i guess she's scrap metal now. but for my next truck, im not sure, i've grown so much to love dakotas and i dont think i can leave, but i have a really good offer on a 2000 gmc sierra 3in lift 5.3 for about 2500-3k

if theres no damage to the engine, internally, to the chassis or to the front diff/axle and someone imports it here, they will fix it

cool vid, was that car that stopped there with you guys or were you actually in the way?

oh, nevermind i didnt understand that you meant in mexico, but i doubt anyone would bother, the freight charge on it would be worth more than the truck fixed lol

they dont freight it they drag them in usually 3 at a time with diesel rams I see this all the time

my truck was Canadian got pulled from new york after being totaled by hitting an animal, and now its mine

once its down here it'll be impossible to track using VIN so I just thought it was worth mentioning that its possible your truck will be running again within 2 months :p
