Thanks for making me wish I still had a Dakota Ass! :jester:

Lookin' good Drew, Ya doin' the shaker silver, flat black?

I bidded on that Red R/T but one guy wanted it more than I did so I bowed out. I'll find me one of these days. Wish I would have jumped on that IB CC R/T in Smithfield a few months ago.

Everything is back on and ready to go. Since a ultra fine clear was used, I'll be able to wetsand and buff it tonight. Pictures to come! Still working on getting the hood to fit right and latch.

.... alright just one for now

Thanks! There are two small spots on the hood where the clear coat didn't bond well, so I'm going to sand those down, airbrush it, and color sand until it blends in and isn't noticeable. Both spots just look like rock chips, but only the clear is missing. Not too hard to fix and not sure what causes it.

Thanks! Means a lot. I'll try and get some full truck pictures tomorrow or sunday. Hood not latched all the way in the picture below so the shaker sits a little higher up than what's shown. A stillen bumper cover, clear headlights, and a SS wiper cowl will finish my front end off.

Thank You :) Working on getting the tailgate sanded and buffed now. Probably will be going to a show tomorrow afternoon so it will be the first time driving it in awhile. Will be taking a camera with me.

are you going to mod the motor once you have apperance all done?

i figured you were one of those kids that talks about what hes going to do with his truck back when it had a pink strip on it lol. glad to see such time and effort spent on that badass blue truck.

I do plan on working on the engine some this fall and winter and doing the basic M1, headers, electric fan, SCT programmer, ect. Than moving onto new heads and cam. It's a lot better than before and I've put a lot of time and money into this truck so it's not going any where soon. I've got a list a mile long of stuff I want to do to it and I just keep crossing stuff off once it's done and keep adding more lol
