I'm driving home for some hunting this weekend and I noticed that at speeds over 75MPH there will be a vibration that lasts 2 seconds then stops for 2 seconds. It does this continuously, anyone have any ideas? I suspect something in the drivetrain but not sure what.

I think its the cold has finally gotten to you and your subconscious is trying to get you to migrate south for the winter.

I grabbed the stickshift and felt it vibrating, I can feel the same vibration in the handle for the transfer case. Yes, I can feel it in the seat, but not really in the steering wheel.

easiest thing to check first is the front wheel bearings for slop. I had a bad one that would make the whole chassis shudder over 70mph and realy had a tough time accelerating faster than that.

I replaced it but still have some vibs coming from somewhere when over 50mph.

I would say that since you can feel it in the gearshift lever you have a drive line vibration. If it were in the steering wheel then it could be something in the wheel assembly/steering. Maybe check your tires for lost wheel weights, if on the front you would feel in the steering. Possibly bent drive shaft or something wrapped up in shaft causing it to be out of balance.
