go to a junkyard.

pick up a RF fender and bumper.

sand them down/paint them/put them on.

I think it'd be easier to replace it, however, you might be able to do something with that dent

I have a flame red bumper if you're interested.. It has a small dent on the driver-side though
i dont think red will look right, i dont think i need the bottom half of the bumper cause its just made of plastic and the top piece is metal and i think the metal is just bending the plastic downwards, Im looking for a black bumper

already went to the junk yards around here, no parts for me :(

Judging by the fact your fender is warped and hitting the headlamp, it looks as if you're going to replace the whole fender... Luckily it is 10X easier to remove the passengers side front fender compared to the drivers as you need only remove the air box and engine computer shit and the antenna instead of a battery tray/fuse-panel assy. If you find a front fender from another junkyard Dakota or Durango It's pretty much bolt on, if you buy a replacement fender make sure it's not a SKIN and a whole fender, lots of places sell just the skins which require you to drill out the spot-welds, on the old fender structure, and weld in a new skin, it's not a bolt on job. Even if you buy a whole brand new replacement fender it'll take some fiddling to make it fit perfectly and have the door lines lines/hood lines up perfectly, so I recommend a used one, you'll still have to fiddle with it to get it to match the drivers.

alright thanks man, that pretty much answers my question, how much you think a brand new one would cost?
