lol my first day using photoshop lol used someones truck that i found in the photos section lol hope you dont mind lol

like i said my first time and i know they suck but lol here they are

before

and after

let me know wat you think i know the trees and stuff arent fixed but my eyes are killin me lol

Not bad, wish I could do that stuff. Is that techanally called cropping?

An easy way to drop a vehicle is to use the polygonal lasso tool to cut out like shown here in the picture. Then move the entire piece down until the desired drop is achieved. After that you can blend any unsmooth edges.

Where do you get the program?

I have paint and an old photo editing program called photoimpact.

I would say that most people probably download it from a torrent site or another peer sharing program. I got my copy from a friend of a friend of a friend who lives in a country on a different continent and speaks a different language. Sorry I cant be of more help lol

So I'm semi new to photoshop as well. How do you use the lasso tool? Do you have to hold alt while you outline what you're lassoing and then drag it to where you want it or what?
well there is a magnetic one... BUT it isnt too accurate. for a really good looking lasso do it free hand, it will have "add selection" and "delete selection" options (or things called something similar to that) don't be afraid to really zoom right up to it either.

IF you do enough photoshoping I would suggest in a nice tablet or pen pad which can be had for anything from $70 to $1000 haha worth it tho. I have my new tablet on order from the apple store :D

Use the Polygon tool, then hit "S" or something... It goes into "quickmask" mode. In this mode you can literally 'paint' or 'filter' your selection.

This is the best way I have found to VERY accurately get a selection.

Also, don't forget to make layers of everything. Then you can change them, remove them etc if you don't like what you did easily.

magnetic tool just zoom in with the shortcut of (z) and then click a few times, then just take your time. heres my rendition, lowered it, tried to shade your tails, shaved your handles and tinted your driver window.

Problem with magnetic tool is it often goes where you don't want it. Poly tool is much easier.

the computer that i used was the computer at school and it has one of those mouses with the little ball instead of the red light so it was a pain in the ass to use the regulat poly tool
