stock vs stock 3 years ago i raced my buddy with a 5spd 4x4 sonoma reg cab with a 4.3l in it. the first time, i dusted him on the start and dusted him the whole way. the second time he dumped the clutch and took off on me and by the time i got into 2nd i was comin on hard and he wasnt even backing off the gas inbetween shifts, which was the only thing that kept him right next to me. and i held a door and fender length on him, and slowly was pulling on him at 70mph when we ran outta road.

so... shut the fuck up you dumbass. ill take my V6 right now and chew your ass up.

take off your radiator cap and install a dakota under it.

also last time i checked size dont mean much when you ha ve such low hp for a big size.

a 4.3 cheby puts out 190hp
a 3.9 dodge puts out 190hp also
a 3.7 dodge puts out 210hp and the new
dodge 4.7 puts out 309hp.

just because you own a Dodge... doesn't mean you should ask questions about a shitty little S-10 on a Dodge forum haha

No I am NOT jealous of S-10's at all haha anyone can have a shitty little S-10 for really cheap. I also strongly doubt your S-10 could out run any modified Dak or Durango on this site.

Here is waht i dont understand if you come onto a board and talk about a brand that is not catered to on the board, WHY talk trash???

i can understand having a dodge and a cheby. My wife has a Tahoe.

now if he wanted to compare why a cheby makes power one way and his dodge works better anther or if he asked how to make power on his chevy as an after thought to his dodge questions then i think that would be cool.

HOWEVER he came on here an started off being a prick.

So here is my advice (besides put a hemi in it (which by the way most dragsters run over cheby motors even in the cheby cars)) go to your local hot rod shop buy the motor mounts to put a v8 in your s10 and the oversized radiator. then go to yoru local junkyard and buy a LS1 and LE60 (not the LE40 that the car came with) and drop them in your truck.


now can we get back to real trucks not puny S10's?
