That's not a bad price. Does it turn this slush box into a more efficient tranny (more power to the ground).

Oh yeah where do I find this sheradon valve body? Who carries them?

Thats not a bad deal if you think about it. Rather than tricking the stock valve body, it replace's it completely. I'm thinking its a big help...

Hey Josh- what's your overall opinion of the TransGo when you had your 4.7? I'm thinking about it since it seems like a good cheap mod but i'm wondering if it wouldn't be worth saving up for an actual valve body instead, probably stage II.

The TransGo is much better than stock shifts, that's for sure. It shifts harder at WOT, and it is a great low-cost addition that everyone can enjoy. I do plan on a Stage III valvebody soon, but I do recommend the TransGo for those who want firmer shifts.

The only problem I had is the the transmission would sometimes shift at 4500RPM at WOT. It wouldn't do it when I'd get going a little first and then floored it, which made me wonder. I have not had this problem since the Hemi swap, nor do I know of anyone having this issue as well.

Cool, thanks man. Looks like that might be my first mod come summer when it warms up.

What is it with second prime that's so hard on the tranny. I've read a lot of complainingly about it but never heard any reason.

how do the two items (transgo and stage III valve body) compare when just balls to the wall towing and working it. Ok, so it will chirp the tires when its empty but what about when you have 2 ton behind it, how does it shift then?

So let me get this straight, Superchips eliminates the torque management if you set your tune to Towing?

No it eliminates it in performance and 87 octane mode. IDK if it is completely or not but it does disable it to some extent. When you put it on towing mode for some reason it turns the torque management back on. I assume it is better for the tranny when towing.
