Ok so i was a little curious on how much my truck is worth so i got it apprised so after two hour and them taking the truck out for a spin they told me its worth 5k my jaw dropped and i was pissed how the hell can a 99 shelby dodge durango with 57k miles on it be worth 5k idk they sux i think they wanted to beat the shit out of my truck cuz when i got in it the temp gauge was really hot li8ke 216 degrees so idk end of my rant.

A stock 99 Durango is valued at 4k and change. Mine was recently in an accident and declered a total (but it has been fixed). The insurance value was a little over 4k. They did not add any value for the mods. Yours is a special edition but the value is going to be based the collectability and the market. You can research what Shelby Durango are selling for. You have seen the DOC info on Shelby's and the ebay auctions. That would be a better gauge on the value. Also what is the physical condition? I know you have posted about some running issues.
That also bring up the question of what you have it insured as and what they might pay as the result of a loss.

the truck is fixed i figured it all out. Before i got the truck it was in storage from the looks of it and was maintained to a point it just sat there. So I had to fix some dry rotted fuel hoes and gaskets. My alternator went out and shredded my belt but that's all fixed had it fixed by dodge since i broke down in front of them. I got it valued at a dodge dealer (different one) that wasn't close down their sell cars like crazy. so i was figuring if could see what my truck is maybe down the road i could get my self the 2010 ram 3500 idk that's just me. but I like my Truck to let it go i just need some thing to haul a 24' camper and atvs.

WTF do they need to drive it to do an appraisal. Dealer auctions dont allow test drives so why did you?
What did you think they were going to offer? Dealerships aint the gubberment! Of course they are going to low ball you on a buy. High ball you on a sale! Thats business 101

when gas is almost a full dollar here... that's 20dollars for 60 miles of driving.
and then I remember a full tank costs about 85-90$
