LOL, I had a lot of cells at the time. The one that mattered was the evap code, which pre 01 you can remove with the resistor, or at least I thought. I have federal pcm's, but the tuning etc is all being done with the calif. I can ask and find out more info if you'd like.

got a link or a part number? Ill return the daul setup if that one is alot better.
Here is the one I'm running Oil filter mount its pricey,I'll get a pic of how I made the bracket,it mounts like a filter for a bigblock.
I forget the adapter for the block I'll look tonight when I get home.

EDIT; I found it oil filter adapter , I'll also get pic of how I ran the oil cooler and lines.

here are some pics from today. Made the fuse box support bracket and started extending the wiring harness so that I can run it the way I want.

I was really tempted to wire tuck everything but thats a project for the future.

Haha...nice wiring. I've done the whole driver side fender, alternator wire, PCM wires and relocated my fuse box so far. The fuel injector wires and ac compressor will be done later on...no need to do any of that right now since I'll be swapping engines in the future.

But looks good so far! It's not easy, I know.

does the alternator ground HAVE to go back to the fuse box or can I go straight to the frame? I dont think it would be a problem but im not exactly sure. I was thinking it went back to the fuse box was because the battery went to the fuse box but now it doesnt so I dont see their being a problem.

I can't see it making a difference, as long as there is no other highdraw component pulling from where the other ground was. Not sure if that makes sense though...
ok thats what I thought just wanted a second opinion.

I remember "end of march" to be done lol. Doesn't matter though...a truck like this doesn't take a few weeks...it takes years.

Finished all the grounds today. Wired the sending unit and a1000. Pulled the coil wire and IAT wire out of the loom and shortened it since its towards the back of the block now. Found a fitting designed to take a autometer fuel pressure sending unit and hid it just before the y block so its not in the engine bay.
