This was my hobby before I got my Ram. I still collect, but I've mainstreamed into Mopars, Auburns and vintage Redlines.

I got lots more if people are interested. I can post up some really rare stuff...I've even got a few original design sketches from Mattel in the 70s...

Soooo, any other collectors?

my little guy...i'm sure he has several hundred by now(to the point where when we go out, we have to SEARCH for one he doesn't already have).....

he'll be 2 at the end of july.......lol...maybe it's a little more my choosing than his. :)

matchbox/matel is where its at!!!!! havent ought any in a while, but some of these are older than me! an maybe even older than you!

but hot wheels are good too

$1 hot wheels suck. Cast body plastic wheels with little detail.

The various other brands I think are far better. More detail, rubber tires etc. Usually $3+ each. I'll get a pic of some I have when I get around to it.

How did I miss this thread. I collect the oldies (1968-73) stuff with the exception of the 80's Real Riders and old Johnny Lightnings. Sold alot a few years back, but still have alot. Have a pic of a few I have on the wall.

I have one like the Cobras of yours, only mine is white. With peach colored on it lemme go try and get a pic of it.

And that red van of yours, does its lights on top light up when mashed down? I have a blue one and some others that did that.

awesome ,,nice stuff-haven't collected much recently but i have about 1400 in their boxes in my closet,, started about 13-14 years ago- had to laugh because i watched two older gentlemen get into a fist fight one day in walmart over some cars lol,
