Hi, everyone!

I'm a lifetime Mopar enthusiast and past owner of more than a few. I recently purchased a 2004 Dakota SLT Quadcab 4X4.

I'm hoping to learn as much as I can about the good and bad points of these trucks, what to watch out for, and generally get the biggest bang for my bucks from my new truck.

I don't know about the bling... chrome don't make it go. The first order of business is a new set of tires. Those Cooper Discoverer 245s are getting a bit thin, so 265 BFGs might be in it's future. I also want some rubber splash shields in the wheel wells before winter to keep the salt slop out of the engine.
