My buddy has an 06 Dodge Ram 3500 quad cab 4x4 5.9 HO Diesel. He was fairly confident it could take my 03 Dakota 4x4 cc 5 spd. So we went out to some country roads and ran them yesterday and I walked him pretty good. We went from 0-80 mph and by the time I hit 80 I had 3 truck lengths on him and was still pulling away. He wanted to go again with him starting a truck length in front of me, I reeled him in by the end of second gear and had a couple of lengths on him by 80 mph. His truck is bone stock, mine has a few bolt-ons (intake, exhuast, Headers, HO cams, 4.10 gears, Superchips on 87, efan). I know with just a programmer he could spank me but I was proud of my dak anyway.
