Hey everyone obviously new member here and soon to be new to the Dakota owners. Not new to Dodge, my father has an 03 and an 07 Durango. his 03 SLT has 150k miles and has never had a single issue. his 07 Hemi is loaded with 40k miles and also has been nothing but great to him.
I've been into the Tuner scene for the past 4 years, i have a few trophies from National car shows. i dumped about $12k into a $6k 2002 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback. didnt rice it out imo, made it a fast sleeper with a custom turbo instal. not new to forums i belong to a few hyundai forums and have won car of the month on each as well as car of the year on one of them. im sure you all dont care about a tuned hyundai, but just to show i know how to work on a car (everything besides welds were done by me)

I pick up my quad cab 4.7L v8 Dakota on saturday! it has 118k miles on it already, its an original owner and the guy has ever service record, every oil change, anything done to the car has a record with everything done at the dealer. Its got a Flowmaster exhuast with Dual SS Tips. a nice fiberglass color matched cover with spoiler (not into the spoiler too much but love the flat cover). brand new BF Goodrich All-Terrains, color matched step bar, as well as window guards, hood guard and tail covers all color matched. BTW, its Amber Fire color which is the reason for my name on here... probably gonna get a custom plate "DAKONFIR" . here are pics. the truck was definately taken care of, the interior and exterior are flawless.

looking forward to slapin on an intake, 3" body lift, superchips tuner, safari racks, brushguard, smoked headlights, eventually some black wheels and 33"s!
