So I just got my dak fixed up just the way I want it, (lifted, bumpers,ect.) as you all know, so I decided to go out "cruising the strip" last night. This is the first time I had gone cruising in a long time now I remember why I quit... Im driving along in my dak when all of a sudden I pass a parking lot filled with punk-asses, mostly rich kids, & their Fords. Must of been some kind of new Ford truck gang. Im talking new King Ranch Powerstrokes lifted sky-high, 3/4 ton trucks sporting 20 inch wheels with friken' Kralwer t/a's & half ton trucks with more money in lift, wheels & tires than I have in my truck all together!! The thing that really chapped my ass was as I drove by & one of them yelled out PUSSY TRUCK. PUSSY TRUCK. Can you believe that shiz-nit Here are some punks that have trucks that mommy & daddy are paying for, with an abundance of aftermarket lifts for dirt cheap compared to the daks, calling my truck a PUSSY TRUCK, because all I can get is a 3 inch susp. 3 inch body lift.
F--- that, my keys have been dropped in more mud than thoes trucks will ever see. If you build a truck for off-road use, use it for off-road use not some punk street cruiser that looks cool. Their parents prob. won't let them take thoes trucks down a dirt road, let alone a mud-bog. I wheel my truck damn hard for what it is & I go to all the local trails, swamps, bogs, river bottoms, creek beds,marshes,and so on & have seen a crap load of folks out wheelin' but NEVER seen one of thoes trucks out doing what they are set up to do... OFF ROAD.

Last time something like that happened to me, they were all in a gravel field... so i stomped on the gas pedal and sprayed all of their trucks with gravel rocks and screwed all their paint up... (then i hauled ass the hell out of there... i'm not stupid)

i get alot of people driving by my house when im working on my truck saying
"dodge sucks" or " GAY TRUCK " or " PUSSY truck"

sad part was once i saw one of those guys STUCK while offroading...he asked me for help and i then said said " PUSSY TRUCK" and drove away. Some big ass ford f250. ahha. next day, he sees me on the street, and i smile and say" what goes around comes around"

good times.

plus, anyone who says dodge sucks is just ignorant. I talk to alot of EX- nascar mechanics and they ALL say " i have alot of respect for dodge." It also kind of pisses me off when us dodge people say it about ford or chevy, it being " chevy sucks" or "ford sucks" because in reality, ford has some nice vehicles....as so does chevy. We we all know dodge is stll the best. :biggthump

They're just talking shit to make them feel better about themselves and make you feel worse. They're just spoiled **** who think they own and control the world...

In reality, we all know who worked for what they have and who is a functioning member of society instead of a worthless piece of shit. :biggthump

Dude...don't even bother. Just give them the Bird and move out. Like lllmoparlll said, what comes around goes around. And if they approach you again find the biggest some bitch out there and :fight: j/k. But don't lose sleep over it.

That is a poor attitude to have in this hobby. Ask them if they want to take the mall-showboats out off-roading.

It doesnt necessarily bother me if you build a truck and dont wheel it. You should still have a level headed feel for things. I compliment a truck even when its nowhere near as big as mine, but I did build mine with intentions to wheel it. :biggthump

And this is as good as any place to do it! As for you, don't sweat it - do what you want to do and let the punks hang out at the mall...

OK, who wants to take a road trip to Oklahoma to hang out with the Fucked Over Rebuilt Dodge's...

Well said. I always appreciate the work does to truck and compliment the owner even if I absolutely hate the truck itself. I always recognize the time and money gone into it, not how it actually looks.

i agree with yellow too, i mean i love fourwheeling, im gone keep on doin it with whatever i have, some people dont like it but like lifted trucks so they build em for what they want, once again, their choice, but it aint right to call somebody elses truck a pussy truck or whatever. people like that disgust me, if thier daddy built it, good for them, i have more pride knowing i have worked my ass off for everything i own, 1st off being paying 32% interest on my first truck because i had no credit, but now, my credit is perfect and i built this truck how i want it. just let it blow off your shoulder, but if it happens again, i would go for the biggest sumbitch out there too and let it roll. :biggthump

NOPE, serious as a heartattack, first time buyer program, worked out in the end though, the loan was for 6000 in 2 1/2 years, i had 800 left to payoff, totalled the truck and the insurance cut me a check for 6000, so i got this one.

Ya its a hard thing to swallow when you put your heart into something only to hear negative criticism. I havent met a single person like that around here to be honest. I'm always taking time to talk to people and listen to them.

Dont sweat what a bunch of A holes say. let me put it to you this way. There is NO WAY a high school/really young kid can afford a new f 350 lifted with all the trimmings Mabey some that bust their a$$es can but most of them cant. Mommy and daddy paid for it for sure or theire dealing the cocaina . Hell jsut tell them at least I paid for my truck I didnt let MOMMY and DADDY pay for it YOU PUSSY.
You gotta remember theire jsut punks. They feed off each other.
if that doesnt work hell lots of stuff goes wrong with cars in parking lots.
Someone pisses me of enough I would just remove the valve stem core and put the cap back on. nice slow leak and when they go to air it up well good luck. :biggthump yeah its a shi**y thing to do but hey dont be a smart mouth asshat.
