When attatching the feed line to my a1000 pump, no matter what I do, this thing LEAKS out of the little pin size pressure ball thingy. I have put on different fittings, and it STILL leaks. Is there something I am missing here that is making this so complicated? wtf.

My guess is your using the wrong fittings.
10an straight fitting going onto a 10AN male port to
-10AN male fittings.

You can see the small tiny pressure ball on the end of the fitting. It seems as if fluid is coming out of there. It's hard to tell once it's leaking as it starts running down the whole fitting.

Feel free to never respond to any question or comment of mine. I would rather die in a fire than have the slighest chance of your help. Would almost be worth subscribing back to this forum if you would just go the fuck away. You remind me of the mentally I'll kids my moms trys to teach in school. At least they give an effort to be productive, your just a complete screw up.

Can you post a pic of the fitting you are connecting to? Are you sure it is a AN?
The AN uses a 37* taper same as a JIC fitting (they are typically used in hydraulic assemblies), but they are not recommended to interchange, SAE taper is 45* and can look like it is correct but it will leak for sure.

Looks like the ball is mostly to keep the threaded portion on the fitting. If it's leaking from there, I would guess it's either a case of mixing 37 and 45 degree fittings, or a defective fitting.

Here is a pic that connects to the fuel filter.
It is easier to post the link as jegs displays about 8 images of it.

Here is the pic from the fuel line connecting to the fitting.

Good info on the tapered fittings. Everything buttons up nice and smooth, but it still leaks. This "tapered" fitting could very well be the issue @ hand. Can yall see anything wrong with the fittings I am using?
