No one around here sells the chrome white bulbs so I have an order being shipped from ebay. These amber bulbs came with the corners.

That's them. The wires are there so you can splice into the factory wires. The factory socket will not work in these, it's held on with two things. (Brainfart right now) The clear setup is held on with 4, as you can see inside the red circle. If you install the factory plug there is a good chance water will get inside the light. Took me 5 minutes to do both.

I ordered mine from another company, Xtralights.com, who had to wait for shipment as they were on backorder. As soon as they get a shipment they sent them out in the order the orders were received. Very popular. I would say it shouldn't take more than a few days to a week. I waited one month and two days.

As for wiring, get some heat shrink tubing and splice connectors. Splice the new wires into the factory wires then heat shrink some tubing on it. Good to go.

BTW, they give you more wire than you really need. I cut off all but 3 inches and spliced into that

If the headlights are the same I would think that they would work. If that's the front of your truck in your sig then I would say yes just from looking at it. I am sure someone here with more knowledge of the 04's will chime in.
