Sadly, this section of the site seems to be increasingly popular. Things are getting very hard here now. Lost my job doing construction due to my boss moving states and haven't been able to find a steady job since. Not even fast food places! The wife and I have split for the moment (not going into details), and now it seems I'll be losing the Dak soon because I just can't get enough work. I'm really hoping things pick up soon though. And to make matters worse, someone backed into it and destoryed my bed. I can deal with that for now though. Anyways, just needed to vent. I hope everyone else is doing better though!

DUDE THAT SUCKS! my brother was int eh same boat.. he finally hooked up with a guy and travels across different states doing work.. whats ur trade ill ask if this guy can pick you up
I do it all lol. I've had plenty of experience in warehouse/assembly, basic mechanic, upholstery, and construction (Mainly sheetrock and finishing but done it all).
I'm ready to pack up and move if that's what it takes but I don't want to do that without first having a job secured. If you could talk to him, that would be wonderful.

Yes, def need a new bed. Hit so hard in the rear it crumped the side up like a can (my fault for having bumper off though :rant

Kim would sell it cheap, maybe as much as I sold you the fenders for...just to get it out of our hair.
I closed one of my storage units and its sitting in the driveway beside the house. Junkyards cant afford to buy and scrap metal is at $4 per 100 pound...so it sitting there.
Im not worried about the money you owe...when you can you will im sure.
If you need this bed, let me know and maybe we can work something out where you can come get it. I need four rims and tires brought to me from GA so that may work out toward credit toward you.

Well I will bring the wheels and tires to you if it will credit towards the bed. I do need it and I will def pay you when I can. I put my word on it. And ya, I'm def. considering military but now I have pending charges on me and that puts it on hold for now. Like I said, long story.
I guess I'll explain the charges so no assumptions will be made... Wife has gone a little wild... Parties, drugs, etc. Anyways, I picked her up one night with my friend and she was high... I ran off the road and got stuck so me and Jeremy pushed the truck out and she was trippin out and wouldn't get back in. I wanted her to leave before the cops got there and we started fussin and she SAID I pushed her. It seems so unbelievable everytime I explain it but I swear I never pushed her. Cops were called and that was that. Then I spend the night in Jail and get back and she's gone. She's already messin around on me and just totally blew me off SO, I'm thinking I may have just been played to get her out of the house.
But I really don't want to discuss it any further. You can believe me or not - your choice. Plus I don't want to look like I'm grabbing for pity.

I hear you man. I lost my job a couple weeks ago and was still trying to make payments on my truck, and trying to pay for school. I will give you the same advice people were giving me, keep your head up and keep looking, eventually you will find something much better than what you had. I was able to get my job back due to barely being there with school and all. good luck!

Thanks! It's been bad for a while but things have just hit rock bottom and I needed to vent it out lol. I am pretty bummed about the wife thing though.. My plan in life was to only get married once but if she leaves me I will probably stick to that plan.

I know how much it sucks to go through what you are. if it was meant to be, then it will. one of my troops got into drugs and really fucked his life up, got kicked out of the military, jail time, etc. I thought maybe some time in the can would get him clean, but it didn't as soon as he got out, he went straight back into it.
my point here is that if you want t oget her clean, you gotta move. right now she knows where and how to get it. you need to get her away from that and into a new town where she won't know where to go. even that isn't a long term fix, but it is a big help, it takes a lot of the temptation out at first because even if you want a fix, you don't know where to go to get one. --this is the time to also seek professional help, otherwise, she'll find a way to get it even at the new place.
as for jobs...good luck on that too man. hope you find something soon. Remember though, there's always a shit job somewhere that no one else wants to do. don't be "too good" for anything, and get a job. if all you're doing is making $7 an hour with no benefits, that's $7 an hour more than you're making now. no one says you have to keep that job for your career, just to get you through the tough times.

I'm 21... She WAS a good sweet girl raised by very good christian parents who taught her better than she is doing now. Never thought it'd be like this.
Ya the officer's knew she was high and she admitted to it I believe but they said they couldn't do anything to her if she didn't have it on her... From what I understand, it won't make a difference to the judge.:huh:

And I would gladly take a $7/hr job if I could find them. My area is stripped of jobs though. I'm still checking so i'm hoping something will come up soon. But as I said, the possibilites I had didn't want to hire someone with pending charges... Violent charges at that.
I wish I could just pick her up and move her but did I mention she left me? I got out of jail and her stuff was gone and she's living like 2 hours from me now. I'm not allowed to be around her until after the court date and there is NO WAY she'd move with me. I've tried to patch things up and her final response is usually something like "Fuck Off", etc etc...
Today she had a guy text me to tell me to fuck off because I was trying to get her Rango payment taken care of. Apparently the MO didn't make it to the bank and I was asking if she still had the MO stub so we could track it and she's not even interested in trying to take care of it! The truck is in MY name so I'm responsible. Is there anything I can do? I just want it out of my name and then I dont care.. But it's still being paid on so I don't know:huh:
To add to my dumb luck, I got pulled over last night because I turned around to avoid going through a wreck and ended up with 4 tickets!! Tail light was out (got hit the other night and didn't realize it messed up my light), my tread wasn't up to their standards (do need new tires, my mistake), no bumper (my fault as well), and operating unsafe vehicle (bumper and tread). I talked to him though and he told me if I got things taken care of before Feb 3rd then he'd drop SOME of the tickets. So, I'll probably end up on probation because I can't pay for even half of those.
BUT, I'm going to try and keep my head up and just overcome this. Things surely can't get worse so they can only get better, right? :huh: :nana:

in the instance that the title is in your name and shes not paying for it call the cops and report it stolen. Then you can sell the damn thing. If shes paying for it i would think you could tell whoever is handling the loan that your arent in possesion of the vehicle, and that shes paying it. at somepoint there would have to be a transfer of title and whos responsible for the loan
