Yeah it's a Ram w/ a Caravan Ass, they are ok but no original.

I actually think it's pretty nice and with a 360 could be a decent SUV...

Kinda wish I could go check one out... I think the Durango is fun to drive around and roar with but those must be much quicker...

Not really, it's gonna be heavier than your Durango. It's like driving a Ram w/ a camper shell on the back. A 360 Dur would take a 360 Ramcharger due to the weight difference.

But the Durango is a bunch more truck, lengthwise? I haven't looked into it much, just found them tonight.

Lookin' @ the pics it looks a lil' longer or the same, the back cargo glass is longer than a durs but a dur has 2 extra door, But the Dur is built on a mid-size platform for the Ramcharger is built on a Full Size Ram Platform. Probally wider and heavier than a Dur.

would be an interesting site to see going down the road. i owudl stick with a durango instead of spending the monsy to impot it. but ya, the old ramchargers are beasts off road. my buddy's got one

you couldn't get it and drive it here if you wanted too. Its impossible to get a mexican car registered here, they still make VW beetles there and people try to get them here, no go

I don't know if they even made those ones in 4wd. It's built off a ram and is the same back to the B pillars. I think a major reason they didn't sell them here was the fold up horribly in crashes.

They cant call it the famous ramcharger if its 2x4 :jester:

It's a damn shame Dodge didn't bring those stateside so they have those for their full-sized SUV. They instead had to turn the Durango from a mid-sized SUV into a full-sized SUV, and that was/is an ugly-assed and terrible transformation.

If they are made off the Ram frames, it can't be too hard or near impossible to make 4x4

They made 2wd ram chargers back in the day here too I tried to get someone to sell me an extremely clean 84 2wd just for the body I finally gave up and I be it's still sitting in the same spot to this day.

LOL did you guys know that they have a Dodge Ram 4000 in Mexico?

It comes standard with a 5-spd Hemi.

I bet you could buy one, buy a wrecked ram, swap vins/title and voila. You'd have the only one in town.

Uhhh They make a Ram 4500 and 5500 here in the good ol US of A too.

There are alot of Ramchargers running around here in Cruces, I see one every week or so.

They are giant and ugly. :vomit:
I know, but not a 4000 with a stick shift hemi.

actually having an SS/T back in 97',i kept up with what dodge was making and the ramcharger was very close to going into production but with ford/chevy dropping there 2-door full-size suv's about the same time they instead went into production on the durango.i thought a 4-door ramcharger would come out,but it never did.IMO,i thought the ramcharger concept was PRETTY COOL.
