I would think that if he had not made a manifold for a certain vehicle, he would need to have one to take measurements & what not from.

We try!!! We do so much shit it's hard to remember what we've put out there and what we haven't. 
I'll get some pictures later. If you want to go digging, it would be similar to the intake on the Purple Duster in our photo gallery. Also the Dakota in my sig has a sheet-metal intake on it...pics in the gallery.
