Thought I would start a new thread for version 2 of the bumpers. This will be the final design. Just a reminder of what has changed: more bracing, more bolts and a few cosmetics.

For those who keep asking the price here they are again.
-Basic: $550
-Standard: $600
-Winch: $700
-Winch Plus $750

-Basic has nothing on it.
-Standard has light and D-rings.
-Winch is the basic with a plate to mount a winch.
-Winch Plus is everything.

For those wanting a winch bumper, if you already have a winch I can't promise it will fit. So far Superwinch and Milemarker are the only ones I can find that will fit.

I should have given some more info to go with the names. I am from Alabama and will most likely go back there one day. Only out here because I'm in the Air Force. I don't want to be labeled a bumper maker. The plan is to open a 4x4 shop so no names with bumper in it.

1 Off Customs...its a name I've been considering if I ever own a shop...

So I was thinking this morning. I think the winch plate will be a bolt-in option. I will fab every bumper so a winch plate can be added later if you want one. This will allow me to ship everything. I think if I weld the plate in the bumper will weight to much to ship. Once I get this one complete I will start working on that.

Back to the winch bumper. I have so many different ideals on how to do this but you guys are the customers so tell me what you think. I can build these one of two ways. I can make a 2" reciever so you can mount whatever winch you want on the front plus be able to store it or move it to the rear if you need to. I was also thiking of buying a winch plate for a jeep or making one and making mounts for it. Then when your ready for a winch just order the winch plate, bolt it up and attach a winch. What do you guys think?

Oh good news. I will be starting a rear bumper after the 1st of the year so start saving. Looking at $350 to $450 for it. So still not bad to have great protection front and rear for just over $1000.

I do have a Paypal account for those that might want to use a credit card.

Once you finish up that front, get it lined and take a ton of pictures from every possible angle!

What about some sort of front plate mount kit for those of us who need to run a front plate!

I think your talking about a skid plate right. I have a stock truck so I have no way of knowing how big to make a skid. If you have a stock truck then you don't need one. Everything is still covered up.

I think he's talking about a license plate braket for those states that require a front license plate to be displayed.

Step 1: hold lincense plate up to bumper
Step 2: mark holes
Step 3: drill holes
Step 4: mount license plate

Thought I would get creative with that one. If you want a license mount I charge $20 to drill holes. :joke:guys.:funny:

Yeah, thats the best way I know to mount the plate.
