oh look... a single stack dak!
thats what my idea was!!!!

guys common, id never do that. my dad bent the stack down on his truck and we were fixing it so since i had it off i figured id freak all of you guys out!!! there is a 6.0 lifted chevy around by me with dual 6" stacks. it looks good until you hear its a gasser and its a total let down. stacks are only for diesels and old hill billy trucks.

also the r/t stickers were on it when i bought it and i like the "dakota" part and if i take the r/t off it will of set the dakota on the one side. but ya know what cause ytou guy said so im ganna go tear them off. prolly today.

You're the poor bastard that would've had to drive it and probably got beat down late night somewhere. :jester:

Someone around here had a 2.5 inch pipe out of the bed of a early 90s F-150. It sounded super retarded and eventually took it down. :banana2:

Stacks.. lol

I know Im gonna catch hell for this, but here's the backstory.

Bought a 99 Dakota 3.9V6 w/99k for $1000. No problems except keyed up, and interior fucked up (dumb kid).

My mom wrecked it 2 times, all not her fault. Like borderline totaled each time.
First one was hit by an accord, whole side gone. $50 fender, $100 door, $300 bed. All close match blue (off-blue truck haha)... Insurance paid about 10x that amount in the check.

Second hit was on a highway, got pushed off the highway into a tree. Only the bed was damaged, frame X-member, gas tank, etc. Fixed for $300 w/ another 4k insurance check.. This time my dad went nuts and added a rollcage, metal bed (think the old Lil Red Express).. and 3/8 tube bumper..

And on top of it all... 2 functional stacks w/ 14" glasspack.. we sold it @ 150k for $1800 just this month.

ENJOY.

EDIT: I will get better pictures I PROMISE. Tonight/tomorrow.

lol well if its ganna look stupid you might as well go all the way right?!?!?!

This thing turned from a nice beater to a tank in about a day. It was ridiculous. I would never want to hit it in the rear again though.
dont say that to loud, fluffy might get upset about that. :funny:

Some day I will have dual stacks, not necessarily on the Dakota, but I hope to get a diesel one day. I think stacks are cool on deisels.
