haha already putting some into it re did the whole exhaust and little lift comin in week or so or whenever i get off my ass. Tryin to get hurst shifter for it, looks like only place that has them are for jeeps same tranny so it'll work.

yeah i mean only 2inch so i get better stance nothing exciting, was gonna tighten torsion bars and throw blocks on the back, friend did that and looks good and rides same. If i do that do i have to change gearing in front axle as well?

Yea, any time your swapin gears in the back, given its a 4wd you have to swap in the front too.
