Ive been studying these forums to figure out how to tune my Kenne Bell. Im pretty sure my optmizer is shot and as of now the budget is pretty tight due to school. When running boost, my truck runs really lean unless im in high speeds i do not get any boost.

I was thinking about larger injectors and maybe a 2 bar map sensor.

What size injectors should I run?
Will Tom Fox be able to flash me for the new injectors.. I spent a decent amount of cash for this project and would like to see it running right.

I know nothing about ccomputers and tuning so anything will help.
Thanks alot

A set of 42 lb/hr injectors can easily support 440 hp (conservative number) at the stock fuel pressure. And a 2 bar MAP sensor would definitely be a good idea for more precise control on boost. I can't answer about what Tom Fox can program the ECU for, although it shouldn't take a big change there.

Sorry if I missed it but I don't know much about your setup and I am going to say what you have probably heard before, please get a wideband. Also, there are some decent fuel injector calculators online. Are you running auxilliary injectors? How many pounds of boost? Are you watching fuel pressure? I honestly need more info before I can point you in a direction.

Before you get too far, there is no way to tune properly for a 2-bar using the stock ecm. You will need to step-up to an aftermarket computer.

SCT will kinda tune for a 2-bar, and may be ok for you if you aren't a perfectionist.

Ok i have been looking online for widebands and found this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/INNOVATE-3806-LM-2-DIGITAL-WIDEBAND-AIR-FUEL-METER-KIT_W0QQitemZ300258000207QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item300258000207&_trkparms=39%3A1|65%3A1|240%3A1318&_trksid=p4506.c0.m24[/URL]

I dont have any experience in data logging but im sure I can figure some of this out.

As far as needing SCT for the 2-bar, forget it SCT is too much money and from what i have heard its too problematic. Not worth it for only 6psi of boost
