Been getting bored and very sick of the tan plastic parts in my interior. So I went nuts with some satin black Krylon fusion. Any thoughts on the outcome?

Tried painting the handle, just out of curiosity. Don't, the paint doesn't work on them.

Looks awesome man now just tint that head liner the gray of your sear or door panel inserts.

Is it just the lighting or does the black not match up too well with stock bottom panels in the rear?

I've been planning on using satin black Krylon for all my tan peices too.

i think you did a nice job! id go with the headliner next as well..

Yea I had my headliner done a few weeks ago and love it now.

It doesn't match some of the peices that well, but does match some others. The stock interior is a hodge-podge of colors. I've considered hitting some of the other panels as well to cut down on the contrast.

I don't feel it looks that cheap. Leaving the texture and applying a light coat of paint makes it appear quite factory looking. I could go for a tick less gloss, but it's very similar to the factory dash 'pad'.

I would get the OEM aerosol paint and use that. It's cheap enough at a list price of about $10/can.

I just did the exact same thing. Yours came of out great. I did my A-pillars, tweeter grills, and glove box a few weeks ago, I'll do some more pieces when I replace the headliner.

That looks great Dustin, I love the two-tone with the tan interior!

I did some looking, Josh, and found one place on the whole interwab that listed it online. Pulled the part number and I think I'll check the dealer for that (and a couple other things) tomorrow. I might redo the a-pillars and rear side panels if it's not too outrageous for paint. That, or I'll hit some other panels with the Krylon :huh: I don't think it looks that cheap...
