ok looking for you r/t guys to chime in here, also you 4.7 guys.
I have an '03 qc 4.7 5-speed only "mods" are intake and exhaust. I ran an r/t on the street a couple years back when my truck was bone stock and barely beat a cc r/t. Tonight i ran a cc r/t from a 2cd gear kick and when i hit 4th gear his front bumper was at my back. So my question is.. are these r/t's in my town just not running healthy, or just not faster than my truck as I thought they should be? I am not lookin to start the never ending flame of which engine is better, just looking for input on this so that i dont mess with the the wrong r/t and get my ass handed to me.:huh:
