Here's my center console during it's construction phase. You can see how we integrated the floor shifter into the console....

Yeah me too.:jester: I had the know how, but unfortunately just didn't have the time nor space to take on a project this big. So I employed the services of some local installers that build some sick SQ rides. The good part about going that route was they took most of my design ideas and just polished them up making them look even better. Also, going through a shop allowed me to obtain some sponsorships that significantly cut down on the costs of the project.

bout time you got a console in the stages of going in there! It looks sick, can't wait to see the finished system!

Okay so my Megashifter came in yesterday from B&M Racing. Everything seems to all be there which is always a plus. Lol. Anyways my big question is does the shifter itself have to be bolted down to the floor. I understand it needs to bolt down to something, but does it have to be the bed floor. My reason for asking is, if I bolt it to the floor it will be lower than I originally wanted. I was hoping to be able to set it at whatever height was best for me????

There are washers in one of the bags you can use as spacers to raise the shifter up some.

you could also buy some longer bolts and make spacers out of some 1/2 tube steel if you wanted to go up more than an inch or so. cant wait to see the finished product, if i had an auto, this is what i would do, i hate column shifters.
