3rd problem probably isnt a biggy i pulled the tranny dipstick out how do i put it back in i didnt realize that it was bolted to the back od the head

Umm, that's me. I already posted the info for PIE. You can take your truck to Sean Powell like Dave is, but he's in NC. PIE is over in DE. Chris over there does the SCT tuning. He works with Sean and Marty on the SCT tunes for our trucks. They all share their tunes and chances are have a baseline for you already.
oh sorry about that lol How long of a drive is it to PIE?

You have two crank pulleys for the Paxton, the larger one will give you more boost, I'd start with the smaller one first. It will bolt to the silver adapter that is attached to the stock crank pulley/balancer. Did you buy your kit from Jim in VA? Just wondering, cause it looks like my old setup.

As mentioned, that's your crank position sensor (CPS), gotta get it from the dealer.

Tranny dipstick tube can just be pushed back in, put some RTV around it if it's leaking.

yeah dave i bought it from jim but the problem is that when john buily my motor he sent it with the balancer internally balanced for the motor so i want to stay with his balancer.. not using the 1 piece paxton balancer, crank pully so im kinda confused about what to do

No problem, you just need to get a stock crank pulley from a '98-99 truck, they're pretty cheap. Then just use the silver spacer that's with the one piece pulley/balancer for the Paxton crank pulley.

well i have my stock crank pully but i dont think johns dampener has the 3 pin holes for that spacer to seat into so i can use it im going to have to get a wrench on that big 2 inch nut holding it all on to find out if the pins are on his dampener

So is your motor externally or internally ballanced?

 but you really need to know for sure cause if its internally ballanced you need a 318 flexplate. I would call if I was you.
