Does anybody know about the Diablo tunes. The place I was going to get an SCT tune from said they are getting the Diablo licences for the mopar's instead of the SCT, cause he said they are better for mopars than the SCT does. Has anybody have it on theirs and will it work on the 4.7 engine, cause thats the one I want it on. I have about a $500 credit with this place whats why I have to go through them.

Some other shop was trying to push the NE guys onto them before they came out, but I think they only had hemi stuff done, and maybe 4.7. I don't know if they have magnum motors decoded. I hope they do, so it drives the price of both tuners down.

I'm fine if they have it for the 4.7 cause thats what I want it on. I tried searching for it on here and there is very little about in on here

I thought they were more diesel tunes but I have not really looked into them lately.

We should contact them, SCT needs a competitor. I don't want to pay 1k for the PRP. Or SCT needs to add end-user adjuatability like the mustang firmware has.

this is what my tuner was speaking of a couple of months back. He wasn't going to get the sct license, but was going to get the diablo license because of how the licenses work. I am not aware of them being sold for our trucks yet, but hell, we were buying sct before it was even " for sale", so yah never know. It would be awesome to get an diablo tuner in here, and compare maps!

I talked to Jeff at Diablo back in February and he said the Magnum tuning is available. The licensing terms are a lot better then SCT for the shop and the end user. Custom tuning can be done with their software.

Going to that link and navigating here and then selecting Gas and 1999 in the drop down boxes, Dodge doesn't even show up as an option so, the Magnum motors don't appear to be supported yet.
The link you posted is for their Predator flash hand held. Not the custom tuning software.
