So this is the millionth tranny I've toasted.. I have two tranny's one is built and one is stock other then the shift kit this has been the shortest life on a tranny fo me though.. The built tranny got yanked in January because the auto roller clutch went. So the stocker went in I didn't even get 30 days out of it with no wheeling either... I have no foward gears, reverse works. The roller clutch was gone in this one too So i was manually shifting it... So I think I blew out the bands...... any opinions from you guys? Either way I'm putting the built unit back in and opening the stocker up..

most of my built tranny is a diesiel unit... running 5 pinion planetry, 2800 stall TC, upgraded bands, clutches, pump, lines, valve body. about the olny thing i havent done is bigger cooler

alright found the culpret..... tranny cooler colapsing.... so gonna rebuild the back half or my built tranny and run a bigger cooler.... I'm already built to the 47re specs..... so its just replace the fried shit internediate shaft and seals, bearings, drums, selinods, gonna replace the bands just cuz..... and the torque convertor is out getting cleaned up.... I gonna run the new cooler in front right behind the grille

Do you have a deep trans pan yet? I have the PML trans pan #9393 which is about 4.5" deep and that did wonders for keeping the temps down. You may be better off with the Mag-Hytec double deep pan #727-DD since your lifted and have the lifted ground clearance. The diesel parts you have in your 46RE may need the extra fluid.
