anybody know why there is a cocktail glass stamped on my crank, my guess is it was made on friday

Could have been a stamp for the person who machined/inspected it. I've worked at places where a stamp was unique to an employee for tracking purposes...that way if it turns out to be out of tolerance they can pin it to the right person. Really helps people to better work knowing that they'll get nailed.

It is cocktail glass not hourglass, and says crank not 'METH' :funny:
