:help: My Dakota won't start. the engine light would come on from time to time, ran alright, and then the light would go out . This morning it cranked and cranked, but would not fire. It's a 98 V-6 with 122k miles

any ideas?

That could be a lot of things. Did you check for spark? did you check for fuel pressure?
