Well my girlfriend and I are about to start a 10 gallon nano reef tank.
I have all the parts to it but I havent actually set it up.
Ill have pictures soon of that one. :mullet:

I used to have a 55 gallon FOWLR salt water tank. That one crashed when a tornado hit my town two years back. We lost all power for 2 days and took a pretty bad toll on my tank.
If I had pictures I would post but I do not have any.

In the beginning I orginally had a 10 gallon freshwater tank with just simple gold fish and such, but once I got older and saw pictures of saltwater reefs and fish I was simply amazed on how beautiful they are. So I always wanted one.
So now me and my girlfriend are going to build the 10 gallon nano together.

Saltwater is pretty cool. Alot more maintenance and about 5 times more for the price of the fish. Really pretty though. I have a 55 gallon cichlid tank. I love it

We had 90 gallon salt water in my dad's dive shop when I was a teen ager. Lots of really cool stuff to get in that size. 10 gallon might be limiting for what you can put in it, but will still be prettier than any fresh water tank. Just have a 10gal freshwater that I got my daughter for her bday last year.

the gf and i have a fresh water 40 gallon tank, no fish are in it yet though. its been a month and we have tried once but no luck. now thats shes back from vacation we will be getting 2 or 3 tomorrow.

once i get my own place i plan on getting a big ass salt water aquarium.
my buddy started his business installing and maintaning aquariums, he been doing it for about a year and he just got his 42nd account. there is a lot of money to be made in that type of business.

I've been into aquariums for over 10 years, some planted, some not but pretty much all with piranhas.
A lightly planted 180 gallon with 10 4-5" S. maculatus (gold spilos) a 65 gallon with a S.manuelli piranha, mixed tetras and cherry shrimp and a 10 gallon cherry shrimp tank.

I have a 75 freshwater with an oscar and red tail cat. Always wanted to go salt water but could never get rid of the red tail. Used to have tsn/rtc hybrid awsome fish to.
