It just started on Saturday. It happens everytime I move the wheel. So I know it has something to do with the power steering. Gets louder as the engine works harder. So maybe its a belt or something. But one thing I havent done is check the fluid level. But other than that what else do you think it might be?

I hate to double post, but it turns out my power steering resevoir was bone dry. After adding fluid, I no longer have the sound.
