i´m trying to improve the range of the stock remote. Where is the antenna located?

if its the factory dodge remote dont bother you wont be able to do anything. get an aftermarket alarm.

I have tried a Viper on my Audi A6, the range is not more than 200 meters. I will look now for a solution with mobile phone...I hope google can help

how far away are you looking to use it from?

more then 200 meters. It is very hot here in Q8, more then 50 degrees celsius sometimes. If you are shopping for example, it is very helpful to start the car some minutes before entering the car.
