I'd say a TB or intake. More air out, more air in

Start with the air intake side of business first then work on the ignition system. Leave the exhaust for last. Good sounds do not win races! The internal combustion engine is really nothing more then a vacuum generator, it requires balance. Too much air out and you loose torque in a hurry. You want to cram as much cold dense air into the cylinders as possible and then you need to be able to burn that lean mixture.
